My research concentrates on econometric methods with applications to climate change, environmental and natural resource economics.
I am also the deputy co-director of the Climate Econometrics project on developing econometric methods to augment climate-economic research (with initial funding from the Robertson Foundation) and was the principal investigator on the British Academy Fellowship on econometric models of climate change. I created and coordinate the climate econometrics research network, including the running of a conference series on econometric models of climate change together with Marina Friedrich, Eric Hillebrand, and Tommaso Proietti.
